UPPER PERKIOMEN HIGH SCHOOL: 7
This was a big PAC win for the Lady Vikings. From the first draw, the team came out strong and intense with one thing in mind- victory. They dominated the first half with a score of 9-3. Draw control was critical and Upper Merion was in control thanks to Molly Wegand and sisters, Quinn & Riley O'Malley. The defense, including Karli Friend, Andrea Davis, Gabby Struckus and Zoey Nikolaou, made several keys plays and came up with ground balls that slowed down Upper Perk's attack.
UM's attack was well balanced once again with several players contributing goals and assists:
Molly Weygand- 4 goals
Quinn O'Malley- 3 goals, 1 assist
Riley O'Malley- 2 goals, 2 assists
Francesca Lindelow- 2 goals
Allison Shuster- 1 goal, 2 assists
Ashleigh Struckus- 1 goal
Goalkeeper, Katie Frey, had 9 saves
